  1. To whom it may concern.

My name is Todd Foster. I am the Executive Director of The Storehouse Project, Inc., out of Milford, CT. I am also the Director of Global Missions of the church that founded The Storehouse as a separate 501(c)3 organization,.

The Storehouse Project is primarily in the business of providing nourishment to the food insecure in our region.

For the months of December and January I held two very successful can and bottle recycling drives to benefit causes overseas. In December we raised enough in recycling money, cash and equipment contributions to fund a 16 station computer center for children in Trinidad. The children there had been locked out of an education due to a lack of computers and internet service during the covid related classroom closures.

In January we raised over $4,000 to construct a bore well (water well) on the site of an orphanage in Bangalore India. Most of this was cash contributions but the bottle drive served as a rallying point.

I’m switching hats this month from my missions role to my local outreach responsibility through The Storehouse Project. I would like to commit 100% of whatever amount we raise in our February Drive to The Connecticut Nurses Association to help you reach your $10,000 goal. It looks like you’re pretty close. What specifically do you hope to accomplish with the funds raised?

All I’m looking for is a go ahead from your end and I will set it in motion from my end. I’m hoping to have a good cause selected by the end of the week. Our next recycling drive is set for Saturday 2/6. I’m quickly running out of time but we are confident that we can make it work.

Thank you to all the bona fide heroes that your organization supports!
