CNF joined with Stamford Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, the American Diabetes Association and many other sponsors on November 17th, 2013 from 12:00 to 4:30pm to host Good Looks, Good Health: Diabetes is a Family Affair, a public health education event focused on supporting healthy, happy families and educating on the full spectrum of diabetes management.
